Bernards Heath played away at Maple on Monday.
Bernards Heath started strongly and were very competitive, quickly taking the lead and maple by surprise. Our defence were very strong and our attack were accurate. However, Maple came back and the first half was 4-3 to them.
The second half began and this time Maple quickly took advantage and built up a surprising lead. Bernards Heath contested every ball but Maple were eventually successful, winning 9-4. They chose Isabella Cottingham as player of the match and we chose their Goal Attack.
This was our last league match but we shall be playing at The High School in Wheathampstead on Saturday afternoon in the Primary Netball Tournament.
