St Albans District Sports

On Tuedsay and Thursday a team of children from all the year groups took part in the St Albans District Sports.  They competed in a range of track and field events, including high jump, long jump, throwing, sprints, 600m and relays.  We were really proud of the children who took part, all of whom competed to their best ability.  Several children came in the top 3 of their event.   At the end of the two days the points from all events were added together and we came 3rd in the large school section, a fantastic result.  
A HUGE congratulations to all the children who took part and a big thank you to the parents who came and supported.
